AIMS & OBJECTIVES

a) To provide information and resources to both professionals and public about scientific, professional and service delivery issues in ear and hearing healthcare through the website www.AudiologyIndia.com.

b) To develop universal practice guidelines for various audiological procedures, Scope of practice guidelines for various titles and to review them periodically.

c) To address various professional and educational issues.

d) To provide an opportunity for professionals to express their opinions through the web forum.

e) To promote high educational and research standards in the field of ear and hearing healthcare in India.

f) To conduct third mission activities (community services) which may involve wide range of activities such as conducting camps, surveys, assisting hearing impaired support groups and societies, and participating in any other activities which may promote ear and hearing healthcare in India.

g) Some of the goals will be achieved by establishing committee on each of the main domains of the activities.

h) The society will function by receiving donations and contributions from various companies, from generous public, and also by generating income through the website and providing consultancy services.

i) The society will also review the aims and objectives periodically to include or expand on any necessary matters related to ear and hearing healthcare.

j) By doing all such other things as may be incidental and conducive to the attainments of the aims and objectives of the organization.
